Merton Court School Easter ski trip 2015
Twenty nine children and parents attended this year's ski trip to the beautiful resort of Claviere, Italy. We stayed at the Hotel Passero Pellegrino, within walking distance of the ski lifts. We were fortunate again to receive fresh snow on our first night. Our resort shut down on our third day (inexplicably, as there was still snow!) however as we were part of the larger 'Via Lattea' ski area we simply skied across the border to the linked French ski resort of Montgenevre which provided us with some beautiful skiing.
Our ski instructors Matteo, Fiore and Andrea were great fun. The children and adult learners made great progress and by the end of the week everyone was skiing blues, reds and even some black runs!
Apres-ski events included, movie night, bingo, games night and quiz night.
It was a fabulous trip with great snow and great skiing. Details of next year's trip have been finalised and we will be going to La Plagne in France booking forms are available from Mr Brady.
