In celebration of the School’s founding in 1899, this academic year (2025-2026 / Year 3), we will be offering a limited number of full fee and part fees scholarships to children, not currently attending Merton Court School, who show strong academic and /or sporting potential.
Merton Court Preparatory School in Sidcup is a 3-11 years Independent, Co-educational Day School with approximately 320 pupils, on a beautiful 17 acre site.
Testing takes place on Saturday 28th February at Merton Court. Applicants are required to sit an assessment (in Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning and Maths) along with a short interview. If a child has particular skills or talents, these should be included on application.
These 1899 Founders Scholarships will cover full or part fees and include a uniform allowance.
Applications are welcome from children who are currently in the Yr 3 academic year and successful entrants may commence at the School from either Summer (Yr 3) or Autumn Term (Yr 4).
