Well done to the S3 & S4 Tag rugby teams for excellent performances against Babington House and Breaside.
Congratulations to the S2 tag rugby team for their performances on Monday.
A 9-8 victory against St Olave’s Prep, followed by a 15-12 win over West Lodge.
Congratulations to the S1 tag rugby squad for an excellent performance at Eltham College on Monday.
It was great to see every squad member contributing so positively. Well done!
S2 welcomed St Christopher’s The Hall for a rugby fixture, and played four games against each other.
Players of the day were Phoenix and Max.
Top scorer was Phoenix with four tries and Maksim, Sammy and Max all contributed three tries each as well!
An excellent team performance and a positive attitude throughout.
Well done everyone and a great start to the 2023-24 fixture calendar.

Well done to S3 on having such a great attitude towards their first ever game of contact rugby!
We were able to field two sides and play Bickley in a contact fixture and a non-contact fixture, meaning that everyone could get involved.
Mr Jones was very impressed to see such positivity towards representing the school and, for some, playing a contact game – which can be a daunting prospect for some. The boys worked together, and supported each other throughout. There are some great athletes in S3 and the team has great potential moving forwards.
The game was so positive that extra boys have now joined the after-school contact rugby club on Mondays.

It was great to be able to field two teams to play our first home rugby fixture since 2019!
All of the boys who played contributed to two great team performances and thoroughly enjoyed getting back into contact sport.
Many thanks to the staff at Bickley Park who helped Mr Brady and Mr Jones to create a safe and relaxed return to contact rugby giving the boys time and space to regain their confidence.
Whilst the boys thoroughly enjoyed the game they were also pleased to see the return of the post-match teas!
