It was absolutely wonderful for our Irish Dancing Club to help us celebrate St Patrick’s Week with their lovely dancing. This will be the 12th year since we began celebrating St Patrick’s Week with a whole school assembly. How wonderful to see our past pupils, now in Year 8, 9 and 11 in secondary school to come back and show us their beautiful costumes and entertain us with light shoe and heavy shoe dances. We thoroughly enjoyed our Irish stew lunch with coddle, colcannon cabbage and soda bread, followed by a shamrock biscuit!
